Nvidia outlook lifts AI hardware names, with LITE up more than 10% in 24 hours

Nvidia’s latest earnings release sparked gains across AI hardware stocks tracked by WEEX TradFi. On Aug. 27, Nvidia reported $96.2 billion in revenue for fiscal 2027 Q2, up 106% year over year, while data center revenue reached $89.0 billion, rising 117% from a year earlier. The company also issued Q3 revenue guidance of $108 billion and said fiscal 2028 revenue is expected to grow by about 70%. Following the release, several related names moved higher. WEEX TradFi data showed Lumentum (LITE) gaining 10.16% over 24 hours, Arm (ARM) rising 8.19%, and Western Digital (WDC) advancing 7.82%. WEEX Labs said the latest move was driven by an “AI inflection point + strong growth guidance.” It added that capital is rotating from GPUs into optical interconnect and storage. In WEEX Labs’ view, the near-term trading focus remains the market’s repricing of forward guidance, while investors should watch for pullbacks after expectations are priced in.

According to WEEX TradFi, AI hardware names also rose after the results. Lumentum (LITE) gained 10.16% over 24 hours, Arm (ARM) rose 8.19%, and Western Digital (WDC) added 7.82%.

WEEX Labs said the move was driven by an “AI inflection point + strong growth guidance.” It said capital is spreading from GPUs to optical interconnect and storage. The firm added that the short-term focus remains repricing around guidance, while caution is warranted over potential pullback volatility after expectations are met.
