OKX said it has integrated Circle’s euro-denominated stablecoin EURC into its unified euro order book, a move the exchange says will let traders in the European Economic Area access both fiat and stablecoin liquidity through a single market. The update was disclosed in a post from OKX on X. According to the company, the integration brings EURC, issued by Circle, into the same euro trading framework used on the platform. OKX said this setup gives European Economic Area users a single venue for euro-based liquidity across fiat and stablecoin rails, rather than splitting access between separate markets. OKX described the step as a key part of its effort to build what it called a leading financial app for Europe. The company did not provide additional operational details in the brief announcement.
