OKX is positioning its product roadmap around a single trading experience that spans crypto assets and traditional financial instruments, according to remarks delivered by Thomas, the exchange’s Vice President of Product and Trading, at the OKX NOW global product and ecosystem conference in Singapore. He said the company wants users to access assets such as stocks and commodities through a familiar trading interface and participate in round-the-clock markets.
Thomas said OKX has already rolled out TradFi perpetual futures, Pre-IPO perpetual futures, and unified tokenized stock trading products. He also outlined the next phase of the platform’s expansion, saying OKX plans to launch options tied to traditional financial assets in the coming months and issue its own tokenized stock product, X-RWA. That product is intended to let users directly trade stocks sourced from securities exchanges while sharing liquidity.
He added that OKX will keep upgrading its liquidity and trading infrastructure. The company’s stated focus is to reduce trading complexity and improve capital efficiency through a unified trading unit and collateral framework.
