Openfort has introduced a Universal Deposit Address feature that allows users to receive tokens from seven blockchains, including Base, Arbitrum, and Optimism, via a single address. The system automatically bridges and converts the assets into USDC on Solana. The move aims to simplify onboarding for developers and reduce user churn caused by cross-chain complexity. Similar solutions have been offered by Biconomy and Particle Network, as reported by CryptoBriefing.

Openfort has launched a new feature called Universal Deposit Address, announced on June 19. It lets users send tokens from seven different blockchains—Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, and others—to one address. After that, the system automatically bridges those tokens and converts them into USDC on the Solana network.

The idea is simple: make onboarding easier for app developers and cut the friction that often causes users to drop off when cross-chain steps get messy. CryptoBriefing says Biconomy and Particle Network have taken similar approaches, both aimed at hiding blockchain complexity to make the user experience better.
