Payment platform Payment Asia, OSL Group and Hong Kong-licensed stablecoin issuer RD InnoTech have completed a full business-to-business settlement process using the regulated Hong Kong dollar stablecoin HKDAP in logistics and hotel use cases. The workflow covered fiat on-ramp, token minting, inter-company payment, same-day reconciliation, redemption and token burning. OSL said it provided institutional digital asset infrastructure for distribution and settlement. According to the announcement, each tokenized settlement was tied to a verified commercial transaction. That structure is designed to let companies keep their existing operating and treasury processes while improving payment transparency, traceability and reconciliation efficiency. Payment Asia, a one-stop electronic payment platform, has completed a full B2B settlement workflow using the regulated Hong Kong dollar stablecoin HKDAP together with OSL Group (HKEX:863) and Hong Kong-licensed stablecoin issuer RD InnoTech.

The process was carried out in logistics and hotel business scenarios. It covered the full cycle from fiat deposit and token minting to inter-company payment, same-day reconciliation, redemption and token burning. OSL provided distribution and settlement services through its institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure.

According to the announcement, each tokenized settlement was linked to a verified commercial transaction. The companies said that setup allows enterprises to keep their existing operating and fund management processes while improving payment transparency, traceability and reconciliation efficiency.
