Nasdaq-listed blockchain firm Owlting Group (NASDAQ: OWLS) announced its cross-border payment infrastructure OwlPay Harbor is collaborating with US payment platform Credible Finance. The first corridor settles funds to China, with plans to expand to India. As of May 31, 2026, OwlPay Harbor served 51 enterprise clients, up over 40% from 36 in late April.
Since March 2026, stablecoin payment orders on OwlPay Harbor have doubled on average each month, achieving a compound monthly growth rate (CMGR) of 103%; transaction volume grew 49% monthly. Owlting founder and CEO Jay Wang emphasized enterprises need speed, reach, and compliance — which OwlPay Harbor's licensed framework delivers.
First Corridor: China Settlement, India Next
In phase one, Credible uses OwlPay Harbor to settle funds compliantly into China. Phase two reverses the flow: Owlting taps into Credible's network to explore a payment corridor to India, one of the world's largest cross-border remittance markets. Credible Finance co-founder and CEO Shrikant Bhalerao noted cross-border payments are evolving into interconnected financial networks, and the partnership enables reliable, compliant flows into key Asian markets.
Credible has processed over $641 million in total payment volume and targets $5 billion annual run rate by 2026. Its single-integration platform covers 40+ markets, 37 currencies, and 86 payment methods, offering same-day settlement.
OwlPay Harbor: A Compliant Hub Across 42 U.S. States
OwlPay Harbor operates on a compliance-first basis. Owlting holds money transmission licenses across 42 U.S. states, is registered as a VASP in Poland, and has a banking API license in Japan. Beyond OwlPay Harbor, Owlting offers OwlPay Agent Wallet for AI-agent-initiated payments and OwlPay Agent Checkout for settlement, collectively powering the emerging AI-agent payment model.
The Credible partnership marks another milestone in OwlPay Harbor's rapid growth. Wang noted that the future of global payments lies in licensed infrastructure connecting with local payment networks. Credible, which serves fintech, Web3, e-commerce, and AI-native companies, said it will continue expanding corridors, currencies, and licenses.
