Ozak AI has added a fourth major partner to its growing ecosystem. Astra Nova, an AI-powered Web3 entertainment platform built by a team of over 80 former employees from NVIDIA, Ubisoft, and Rockstar, officially joined the lineup this week. The partnership follows earlier additions: DeGuard (privacy-focused browser), Compute Layer (decentralized computing), and MEXC (widely viewed as a likely listing exchange for the OZ token).
Astra Nova: Bridging Gaming Economies with Predictive Models
Astra Nova products include MetaRPG, an AI-driven RPG, and TokenPlay AI, a no-code launchpad on Alibaba Cloud. The platform has attracted over 250,000 users and raised $48.3 million from backers including Outlier Ventures and 500 Global. Under the partnership, Ozak AI's forecasting models will feed insights to $RVV holders, the token powering transactions inside Astra Nova's games. Both sides are also exploring how AI agents from their respective ecosystems can collaborate, linking financial intelligence with AI-driven game characters and quests.
Ecosystem Builds Momentum Ahead of TGE Delay
Ozak AI's presale originally raised about $7.2 million across seven phases ending in May 2026. A subsequent 3x Bonus Round pushed total funding past $7.4 million. The original plan called for TGE shortly after the Bonus Round, but listing news did not materialize in early June.
Instead, the team launched the Ambassador Program on June 24, 2026, with a $100,000 OZ token reward pool split into Network and Creator tracks. A day later, the 888 Fortune Campaign began, offering a 3x token multiplier on purchases at $0.014 through July. This campaign is tied to Ozak AI's push into the Chinese market and is marketed as the last multiplier round before public listing. The listing condition has shifted from exchange paperwork to EON platform stability.
As of June 27, total funds reached $7,456,980, with 99.87% of pre-market funding complete and only 1,646,949 tokens remaining unsold. Fundraising pace slowed sharply from ~$1.5 million between April and May to ~$235,000 between May and June. The OZ token price remains at $0.014, and a previously displayed $1 listing target has been removed from the dashboard. The team has confirmed that trading liquidity and a market maker are secured, and exchange partners are set but undisclosed. The new timeline points to late Q3 2026 (August–September), pushed back by the month-long 888 campaign.
EON Platform Clears Waitlist, Tools Go Live
Meanwhile, the EON platform has cleared its entire waitlist. All registered users have been whitelisted and can access AI Agents, Token Unlocks, and Portfolio analysis tools via the official page. New signups can still join. Ozak AI also continues its partnership with Unlocks Tokens to publish structured market analysis.
