Ozak AI’s listing plan no longer points to a fixed quarter on the calendar. Based on the project’s current public wording, OZ is now expected to begin initial trading only after the Token Generation Event (TGE), which explains why the token has not yet appeared in live exchange trading.
The roadmap language moved away from a Q4 2025 target
Publicly available material from July 2025 had given readers a clearer time marker. It said OZ would list on centralized exchanges in Q4 2025. That created a straightforward expectation: buyers and observers could treat the fourth quarter as the intended launch window.
That wording has since changed. The current FAQ no longer gives a month or quarter. Instead, it says initial listings should go live after the TGE, while trading pairs and launch timing are expected to be announced seven to ten days before the event. The difference is important. A quarter-based plan reads like a timetable; a TGE-based plan leaves the schedule open until the token event itself is finalized. At this stage, there is still no fixed listing date that can be independently verified.
Token details still point to a pre-listing setup phase
The token page adds more context around launch mechanics. According to the project’s public information, OZ has a total supply of 10 billion tokens, with 10% allocated to liquidity and listings. The presale structure says 10% of presale tokens unlock at TGE, followed by a one-month cliff and six months of vesting. In practical terms, that means the presale allocation is not scheduled to become fully liquid all at once.
The live presale page still shows Phase 7 at $0.014. It also displays completed audits from CertiK and Sherlock. Those details do not confirm a problem on their own, but they do show that the project remains in a pre-listing preparation stage rather than active spot trading on exchanges.
What the market can verify right now
The publicly checkable signals are still limited. So far, readers can verify presale terms and tokenomics, but they cannot yet verify an actual exchange debut. The missing pieces are the ones that usually define whether a token is genuinely ready for market launch.
The next items to watch are a published TGE date, named exchange partners, official trading pairs, the final OZ contract address, and claim instructions for presale participants. The FAQ says several of those details should appear shortly before TGE. At the same time, CoinGecko still shows OZ as unavailable for trading on exchanges it tracks, which means there is no normal market price discovery to observe yet.
From the public record, the reason Ozak AI has not listed is tied to a shift in launch structure. What used to be framed as a Q4 2025 roadmap target is now presented as a listing process that starts after TGE. Until the project publishes a final TGE date, exchange names, and trading pairs, any precise listing claim remains unconfirmed.
