Ozak AI’s launch timeline remains less straightforward than many buyers expect. Based on the project’s public materials, the presale close, the Token Generation Event (TGE), and exchange listings are connected steps, but they are not the same milestone. That distinction is at the center of the confusion around its market debut.
The official FAQ does not provide one fixed public date for the end of the presale. Instead, it states that Phase 7 is currently live at $0.014, and each round closes automatically once its token allocation is sold out. For readers looking for a single final cutoff day, the page leaves that question open.
Project documents separate the sale close from the TGE
The documentation says initial listings are scheduled to begin after the TGE, while the exact trading pairs and launch times will be announced through official channels 7 to 10 days before the TGE. That wording matters. It shows that the end of the sale does not mean trading starts immediately; the TGE opens the next stage, including claims, unlocks, and listing activity.
A technical detail in the docs adds to that separation. The project says the final ERC-20 token contract will only be deployed at the Ozak AI TGE. Until then, buyers interact with the verified presale contract. In practice, that makes the TGE a real on-chain transition point rather than a simple marketing label.
Homepage countdown still does not define a final sale deadline
As of April 11, 2026, the Ozak AI homepage still displayed a countdown under “Claim Your 3X Bonus Now!” but the public page did not identify that timer as the final deadline for the sale. At the same time, the Rewards Hub said the program would run until the pre-offering concludes, just before the TGE, and that the official end date would be announced later on social channels.
Taken together, the public information points to three moving parts: an active sale phase, an official end date that has not yet been announced, and a later TGE that will be followed by listing details. That is why a visible countdown on the homepage still does not settle every milestone in the schedule.
TGE also defines the token unlock schedule
The vesting note adds another reason the TGE carries weight. According to the docs, 10% of tokens unlock at the TGE, followed by a one-month cliff and then six months of linear vesting. The event is tied not only to contract deployment and listing preparation, but also to the starting point for token release.
From the currently available information, Ozak AI appears to be following a staged rollout rather than one single launch date. Until the project publishes full milestone timing, the presale end, the TGE, and listing activity should be treated as separate events.
