Paxos Labs has closed a $12 million strategic funding round led by Blockchain Capital and launched Amplify, a product suite that enables platforms to turn digital asset holdings into active financial products through a single integration. Robot Ventures, Maelstrom, and Uniswap also participated in the round. The capital will be deployed to expand the Amplify Suite, which already features three live modules: Earn, Borrow, and Mint.
Amplify Suite Modules: Earn, Borrow, Mint
Amplify’s Earn module offers institutional-grade yield on digital assets. Borrow provides digital asset-backed lending. Mint allows platforms to issue branded stablecoins. A single Software Development Kit (SDK) activates the full suite within any application. Each module carries independently configurable parameters, while Paxos Labs handles liquidity provisioning, counterparty vetting, and enterprise-grade controls behind the scenes. The platform distributes a portion of the underlying revenue directly back to integrating partners.
“Platforms have spent years enabling users to hold digital assets,” said Bhau Kotecha, co-founder of Paxos Labs. “Amplify is the infrastructure that makes it possible through a single integration.” Paxos CEO Chad Cascarilla added: “Paxos Labs is building the onchain product layer that programmatically makes digital assets productive for any platform.”
Proven Traction: Hyperbeat Reaches $510K AUM in Days
Paxos Labs was incubated within Paxos, which has processed more than $180 billion in tokenization activity for large financial institutions over the past decade. The new entity builds on top of that infrastructure. Partners including Aleo, Hyperbeat, and Toku are already live on the Amplify platform. Hyperbeat crossed $510,000 in assets under management (AUM) just days after going live on April 9, 2026.
“The infrastructure problem is largely solved,” said Spencer Bogart, general partner at Blockchain Capital. “The product problem—what users and platforms actually do with these assets onchain—is the largest open opportunity in fintech today.” Blockchain Capital was an early investor in Paxos before leading this round, reflecting a decade-long commitment to regulated digital asset infrastructure.
Regulatory Milestones and Future Outlook
Last year, Paxos secured conditional approval for its national trust bank charter. In February, the team—alongside the Aleo Network Foundation—launched a digital dollar token called USAD. The company has not disclosed a timeline for additional module releases or named future integration partners beyond those already live. Industry observers see the Amplify Suite as a catalyst for shifting the paradigm from mere asset holding to active asset utilization, unlocking new revenue streams for platforms across the crypto ecosystem.
