Layer 1 network Pharos Network announced a brand refresh and an Agent Native upgrade during Korea Blockchain Week, pairing its testnet live Sponsored Transactions feature with a new AI product experience for users and developers. The release covers Sponsored Transactions already running on testnet, the Pharos Port Agent Widget for natural-language RealFi interactions, the AI portal ai.pharos.xyz, and an updated technical roadmap, with broader product access set to open over time.
Pharos said Sponsored Transactions separate the transaction initiator from the gas payer, allowing applications or authorized sponsors to cover fees while preserving the original sender. Under the updated roadmap, the network plans to introduce PoS staking and test a gas sponsorship program in the fourth quarter of 2026, gradually deploy Agent accounts, Agent transaction interfaces, and State Economy in 2027, and support end-to-end Agent Native workflows in 2028. Alongside the product changes, Pharos updated its brand message around putting real-world value to work and building for the agentic economy.

Roadmap sets out 2026, 2027, and 2028 milestones
Under the revised roadmap, Pharos plans to launch PoS staking and test a gas sponsorship program in the fourth quarter of 2026. In 2027, it plans a phased rollout of Agent accounts, Agent transaction interfaces, and State Economy. In 2028, the network plans to support end-to-end Agent Native workflows.
Brand positioning shifts with the product update
Alongside the upgrade, Pharos also updated its brand positioning. It set 「Put Real-World Value to Work」 as its core message and 「Built for the Agentic Economy」 as a supporting line, with a focus on putting real value to work through both humans and agents.
