Poolin forms creditors’ committee as bankruptcy claims process opens

Poolin formed a creditors’ committee on Aug. 12 and appointed a law firm to represent all creditors and oversee the bankruptcy process. The case is now in the asset sale and liquidation stage. Creditors do not need to hire their own lawyers and can file claims through Verita Global’s official page. Poolin previously sought Chapter 11 protection in New Jersey and planned to sell its Texas bitcoin mining assets for $52 million.
