Primus Labs: cryptographic infrastructure for privacy and verifiable computation
Primus Labs describes itself as cryptographic infrastructure focused on privacy and verifiable computation, positioning the project as confidential infrastructure for institutional-grade on-chain finance. Rather than launching a new blockchain, it plugs into existing chains as modular infrastructure. Its core technologies include zkTLS and fully homomorphic encryption, or FHE. According to Odaily, zkTLS is used to verify the authenticity of Web2 data such as webpages and APIs without exposing the original content, while FHE allows computation directly on encrypted data. Combined, the two are meant to address both authenticity and privacy when off-chain data is brought on-chain.
In February 2025, Primus Labs announced a combined $6.5 million across its pre-seed and seed rounds. The financing was led by Dispersion Capital, Symbolic Capital and VanEck, with participation from Samsung NEXT, Alchemy and Maelstrom Fund, among others.

TermiX: an AI-native dApp framework for developers
TermiX is described as an AI-native dApp framework built for developers. It offers a ready-to-use React component library designed to give Web3 applications AI chat capabilities and on-chain automated workflows within minutes. Odaily said the components support deep customization and full white-label integration, allowing developers to implement natural-language interaction, smart contract calls and MCP tool integration without complex setup, lowering the barrier to building AI-plus-Web3 applications.
The article added that TermiX was selected as a winning project in Season 9 of Binance’s MVB accelerator. It also said the framework has integrated Google Agent Payment Protocol to enable agent-driven automated payments, in a setup likened to a smart wallet. That system is described as allowing AI agents to make on-chain decisions and execute transactions without manual intervention.

GenLayer: an AI-native blockchain platform
GenLayer is presented as an AI-native blockchain platform aimed at pushing past the limits of traditional smart contracts. The platform uses what it calls Optimistic Democracy consensus. Its validator nodes run different AI models, or LLMs, and reach consensus on subjective decisions through majority voting and an appeals mechanism. Odaily described the design as an on-chain "synthetic judicial system."
On Aug. 20, 2024, GenLayer announced a $7.5 million seed round led by North Island Ventures, with participation from Node Capital, Arrington Capital and others.
