Prosper, an on-chain infrastructure platform, has launched its MemeRWA framework, aiming to connect verifiable on-chain strategy performance data with crypto-native assets and tie market value to actual results. According to the announcement carried by Odaily, the framework has three core parts: verifiable economic reference indicators, preset market linkage mechanisms, and publicly traded crypto-native assets. Prosper said the model is designed to bridge measurable, traceable strategy performance with the highly liquid meme crypto market, shifting asset value away from narrative-driven trading and toward verifiable operating results. The project has already begun ecosystem rollout. Its first batch of third-party Curator strategies will cover U.S. equities, global stock markets, and the Hyperliquid sector. Stove Finance, R25 Protocol, and TopNod Wallet have joined as the first ecosystem partners. Prosper added that all on-chain strategies and operational work will be independently handled by Curators and partners, while the company itself will only provide the underlying protocol technology and infrastructure, without taking part in operational decisions or asset management.

Prosper, an on-chain infrastructure platform, has officially launched its MemeRWA framework, according to Odaily. The framework is built to connect verifiable on-chain strategy performance data with crypto-native assets and bind real performance to market value.

Prosper said the MemeRWA structure consists of three parts: verifiable economic reference indicators, preset market linkage mechanisms, and publicly traded crypto-native assets. It is intended to connect measurable and traceable strategy results with the highly liquid meme crypto market.

How the framework is structured

Under this design, Prosper said, the value of on-chain assets would no longer rely on narrative-driven speculation, but on verifiable operating performance.

The company said ecosystem deployment for the MemeRWA framework is already underway. The first batch of third-party Curator strategies will cover U.S. equities, global stock markets, and the Hyperliquid sector.

First partners and operating roles

Stove Finance, R25 Protocol, and TopNod Wallet have become the project’s first ecosystem partners.

Prosper said all on-chain strategies and operational work will be independently carried out by Curators and partner organizations. Prosper itself will only provide the underlying protocol technology and infrastructure, and will not participate in any operating decisions or asset control.
