Pyth Network said in its Q3 business report that active annual recurring revenue, or ARR, reached $11.49 million by the end of September, up 86.5% from the previous quarter. Net new ARR for the quarter came in at $5.33 million. The report also said that real-world asset perpetuals markets using Pyth data recorded $2.09 trillion in trading volume in Q3, accounting for 94.1% of the relevant market. Beyond exchange activity, Pyth said it supplies data to prediction platforms including Kalshi and Polymarket. In regulatory filings, Kalshi identified Pyth as the data source for gold and silver perpetuals markets. The project also said it is testing financial data infrastructure for AI agents with Exa, providing real-time prices, historical data, and candlestick data so AI systems can analyze markets and make decisions. Separately, Pyth DAO approved what it called the “100% rule,” under which all future revenue the DAO receives from Pyth products will be used to buy back PYTH on the open market. That marks a shift from the previous policy, which allocated one-third of non-PYTH asset balances to buybacks, lifting the allocation by 3x.

Pyth Network said in its Q3 business report that active annual recurring revenue (ARR) reached $11.49 million by the end of September, up 86.5% from the previous quarter. Net new ARR in Q3 was $5.33 million.

On exchanges, the report said real-world asset (RWA) perpetuals markets built on Pyth data recorded $2.09 trillion in trading volume during the quarter, equal to 94.1% of the relevant market.

Pyth expands across prediction markets and AI

In prediction markets, Pyth said it provides data support for platforms including Kalshi and Polymarket. In related regulatory filings, Kalshi listed Pyth as the data source for gold and silver perpetuals markets.

In AI, Pyth said it is testing financial data infrastructure for AI agents with Exa. The setup provides real-time prices, historical data, and candlestick data, allowing AI systems to analyze and make decisions using market information.

DAO adopts the “100% rule”

The report also said Pyth DAO has approved the “100% rule.” Under the new policy, all future revenue the DAO receives from Pyth products will be used for open-market buybacks of the PYTH token.

That replaces the earlier arrangement, under which only one-third of non-PYTH asset balances was used for buybacks. The new rule raises the allocation by 3x.
