Quickswap has adopted Orbs Perpetual Hub Ultra 2.0 as the default infrastructure for all of its supported onchain perpetual trading, following a community governance vote. The proposal received backing from 81.8% of QUICK token holders, according to Odaily. The move will replace Quickswap’s previous Falkor deployment on Polygon PoS, which had been supported by Orderly. It also extends Quickswap’s Orbs-based perpetuals platform that is set to launch on Base by the end of 2025. Separately, Orbs said that more than 1.12 billion ORBS are currently staked across its decentralized Layer 3 network. The decision marks a direct infrastructure change for Quickswap’s perpetuals setup across the chains it supports.
