Raydium said it has launched a permissioned automated market maker, or AMM, designed for issuers that need KYC checks and regulated trading controls on Solana. The product lets issuers open compliant secondary markets through Permissioned Pools, where wallet access is restricted to verified participants and eligibility is managed by the issuer. Execution is handled on-chain through smart contracts.
Raydium also said Superstate, a transfer agent registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, is the first integration partner. Superstate’s tokenized equities platform, Opening Bell, will use the permissioned pools to provide secondary-market liquidity for its tokenized stocks. According to Raydium, those instruments represent real equity securities, with KYC requirements and transfer restrictions enforced at the token level. The company said the permissioned AMM is now available to asset issuers.

The new Permissioned Pools let issuers manage participant eligibility themselves. Access is enforced on-chain through smart contracts, and only verified wallets can interact with the pools.
