Odaily reported that Reality, the compliant RWA issuance platform under Bitget, announced today that the assets under management of its rToken stock token series have surpassed $50 million. Reality officially went live in May this year. The rToken series uses a naming format that combines the letter “r” with the relevant stock ticker, such as rNVDA for Nvidia.
rToken AUM Crosses the $50 Million Mark
According to Reality’s announcement, rToken is a series of tokenized stock products issued by the platform. The latest AUM figure shows that the series has reached more than $50 million in managed assets after its launch. Reality operates as Bitget’s compliant RWA issuance platform and focuses on supporting stock token assets.
The rToken structure is built through cooperation with Alpaca, a compliant brokerage. Through this partnership, rToken connects directly with global liquidity pools including Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange. The ticker format is designed to make each token’s reference asset easy to identify, with the “r” prefix attached to the underlying stock code.
Reserve, Dividend and Corporate Action Mapping
Reality said the core features of rToken include 1:1 reserves for the underlying assets, with custody handled by licensed custodians. Stock dividends are distributed in token form on a 1:1 basis. Corporate actions such as stock splits and reverse splits are also mapped to the relevant token assets, keeping the token-side rights aligned with the underlying equities.
On Bitget, rToken holdings can already be used as joint margin for the unified account and USDT-margined futures. Reality said this arrangement significantly improves capital efficiency across assets. As of now, Bitget has listed more than 500 stock tokens issued by Reality. Some core assets, including SpaceX and Nvidia, already support weekend trading, providing 24/7 spot liquidity.
