Renaiss, a real-world collectibles liquidity infrastructure project, announced the completion of a $1.5 million seed financing round. The round was led by YZi Labs, with participation from Gate Ventures, Hash Global, XIN Family and Redline Labs. Angel investors in the round came from Mask Network, Far East Group, Logoman, Hoopi and Legit App. The financing was reported by ChainCatcher.
Collectibles infrastructure built on BNB Chain
Renaiss is built on BNB Chain and focuses on bringing physical collectibles into on-chain market structures. Its infrastructure includes Renaiss Vault OS, which is designed to connect third-party vaults, card shops and custody nodes, and Renaiss.XYZ, which serves as the user-facing application layer for accessing the on-chain collectibles market.
According to the project description, Renaiss aims to provide verifiable custody, standardized settlement and on-chain liquidity for physical collectibles. The system is designed so that collectibles that have been custodied and verified can complete ownership transfers on-chain. Renaiss also describes its goal as reducing friction in verification, custody, pricing and cross-border transactions, allowing verified collectibles to circulate globally in a trustless and permissionless manner.
Use of proceeds: vault network, SDK ecosystem and market expansion
The $1.5 million raised in the seed round will be used to expand the vault network, strengthen product development and integration with the Renaiss SDK ecosystem, broaden supported collectible categories and advance global market expansion. Renaiss also said the funding will support DeFi integration and infrastructure related to AI Agents, adding further components around on-chain finance and automated applications.
Renaiss has also been selected for Season 3 of YZi Labs’ EASY Residency incubation program. The project won the Demo Night at 2025 Binance Blockchain Week Dubai and ranked first in the RWA category on BNB Chain. Since the launch of its Beta in November 2025, Renaiss has recorded more than $20 million in platform turnover and surpassed 260,000 users.
