As of June 30, Rezolve Ai held $33.2 million in cash and cash equivalents, along with $67.4 million in restricted cash.
Full-year outlook
Rezolve Ai reiterated its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of about $360 million and said it expects year-end annual recurring revenue, or ARR, to reach at least $500 million.
