RWA Demo Day took place at the University of Hong Kong on April 19, 2026, with a program centered on real-world asset tokenization. The event was organized by Nano Labs, co-hosted by ABGA, ICC and ME, and officially supported by BNB Chain as the public-chain partner. Organizers said the event drew more than 1,000 attendees.
The agenda combined startup pitches, keynote sessions, a panel discussion and a branding ceremony, all focused on how RWA projects can move from concept to practical use in Web3. According to the event materials, four teams were selected as winners from more than 100 applicants, spanning trading infrastructure, execution systems, identity rails and financial tooling.
Four winners target pricing, AI execution, identity and yield management
Dexless presented itself as a permissionless RWA market creation layer built to address pricing challenges in RWA perpetual markets. Its pitch centered on a verification-engine-based pricing stack, an AI-native trading layer and shared liquidity, with liquidity support from Orderly Network.
Prime Piper focused on infrastructure for AI agent clusters, covering unified account management, strategy execution and compliance auditing across exchanges including Hyperliquid, OKX and Binance. twin3.ai introduced a model for verifiable human digital identity and payments for the agent economy, built around a 256D soulbound Token Twin Matrix. The project said it now has more than 140,000 SBT holders.
Haven AI targeted autonomous execution for on-chain fixed income. Its platform uses the HavenScore risk assessment framework and the HavenClaw execution engine to automate cross-chain allocation and dynamic rebalancing across stablecoins, DeFi products and RWA positions.
Speakers highlight distribution, compliance and cross-chain connectivity
In the keynote sessions, BNB Chain Executive Director of Growth Nina said the chain now carries more than $3.55 billion in RWA assets, covering categories such as government bonds, equities and commodities. Her remarks focused on distribution infrastructure, stablecoin liquidity and institutional-grade services rather than tokenization alone.
DigiFT Founder and CEO Henry Zhang said the sector is moving from “Tokenization 1.0” to “Scale 2.0,” arguing that putting assets on-chain is no longer enough for institutional demand. He pointed to trading, distribution and circulation as the main gaps. Chainlink Ecosystem Growth, Asia, Philip Fei described how the CCIP oracle network is being used to connect traditional finance systems with on-chain infrastructure for trusted data delivery, cross-chain interoperability and automated compliance execution, citing cases involving Brazil’s central bank, HKMA CBDC cross-border pilots and UBS tokenized fund workflows.
ABGA rebrands as panelists discuss practical adoption hurdles
The event also featured an ABGA branding update. The group’s full name changed from Asia Blockchain Gaming Alliance to AI Blockchain Global Alliance, while keeping the ABGA acronym. Event materials said the alliance is expanding its focus from blockchain gaming to the intersection of AI, RWA and Web3.
A panel titled “From asset tokenization to scaled adoption: how RWA reaches real application” brought together representatives from CoinFound, dStock, Canton Foundation, Fosun Wealth and Dexify. The discussion centered on low liquidity, compliance barriers and limited user understanding, while also covering DeFi, CeFi and RWA integration, as well as the use of CeDeFi structures for bringing real-world assets on-chain.
