Techub News, citing U.Today, reported that Michael Saylor posted on X to state that Strategy, formerly known as MicroStrategy, has not sold any Bitcoin. His clarification addressed discussion around an earlier transfer in which 411 BTC was deposited to Coinbase. Saylor said that the deposit was not a sale, and emphasized that the company continues to accumulate Bitcoin while maintaining its existing reserve strategy.

The 411 BTC Coinbase Transfer

The Coinbase transfer had previously led to market speculation that it could be a precursor to selling, raising concerns about downward pressure on Bitcoin. Later data showed that an equal amount of Bitcoin was moved out of the exchange, which calmed the related rumors. Saylor’s statement focused on separating the act of depositing Bitcoin to Coinbase from an actual sale, while also reaffirming that Strategy had not changed its holding direction.

Saylor also said that, despite continued market volatility, the company will not alter its established course and has no near-term liquidation plan. Strategy is widely associated with its long-term Bitcoin reserve approach, and this response continues the company’s public stance of accumulating Bitcoin rather than reducing its holdings.
