Data from the SHIB burn tracker shows the daily burn rate skyrocketed by 1,034% compared to previous sessions — one of the largest single-day increases in recent weeks.
Burn Jumped from 2 Million to 25 Million in Hours
Between May 14 and May 15, burned tokens climbed from just over 2 million SHIB to above 25 million within less than 24 hours. Over the past seven days, more than 46 million SHIB were destroyed, pushing the monthly total toward 200 million. The sustained deflationary push continues to shrink the circulating supply.
