Gate said it supports users in directly trading traditional financial market products within its platform, covering precious metals, foreign exchange, global stock contracts for difference (CFDs), major indexes and commodities in a one-stop format. The platform described this as part of the integration between crypto assets and traditional financial assets.

According to the same update, Gate TradFi-related functions have been fully integrated into both the Gate App and the web version. Users do not need to switch platforms to participate in global asset price trading, and the platform said this setup allows access to more strategies and opportunities outside the crypto market while improving the experience of diversified asset allocation.
