Blockchain data analytics platform Allium released a research report on the Solana real-world asset, or RWA, ecosystem on Sept. 8, 2026. The report said Solana accounted for about 12% of all on-chain tokenized real-world assets by market capitalization, while ranking first when measured by trading activity. Over the 12 months through Aug. 18, 2026, Solana recorded $14.7 billion in on-chain RWA spot trading volume, compared with roughly $46 billion across all chains, and 42.6 million transactions, versus about 91 million chain-wide. Both figures were higher than those of any other blockchain in the report. Allium said the study covered all 37 issuers active on-chain at the time. Among them, BlackRock-linked assets had a market size of about $741 million but saw no trading during the period, while two private credit issuers together recorded about $5.4 billion in transfer volume. The report also found that around 63% of tokenized stock trading volume on Solana took place when U.S. exchanges were closed.
