SOON is back on Binance Alpha with a new token claim window. Binance Wallet said on X that users holding 242 Alpha Points can claim 280 SOON tokens. The campaign runs on a first-come, first-served basis, and the access threshold will fall by 5 points every 5 minutes if the pool is not fully claimed.
The claim comes with a cost. Users must spend 15 Binance Alpha Points to confirm participation, and they need to complete that confirmation within 24 hours or the reward is lost. Binance said Alpha Points are deducted when a user confirms entry into an Alpha event.
Falling threshold and short confirmation window shape access
The structure of this SOON airdrop is centered on eligibility and timing rather than a complex participation process. The opening bar of 242 points limits access at the start. If demand does not exhaust the pool, lower-point users may enter as the threshold steps down. It is a simple setup. It also creates pressure, because the 24-hour confirmation rule can determine whether an eligible claim actually goes through.
That format fits the role of Binance Alpha inside Wallet. Binance describes the venue as a pre-listing token selection pool for early-stage projects, so campaigns like this do more than distribute tokens. They also direct user attention toward assets the platform sees as gaining traction in Web3.
Project documentation highlights an SVM rollup network
The airdrop also puts the SOON network itself back in focus. According to project documentation, SOON is a high-performance SVM rollup built around what it calls the Super Adoption Stack. Its ecosystem is described as including Mainnet, Stack, and InterSOON.
The token has stated roles in governance, ecosystem incentives, and future staking. That gives the distribution event clearer context: this is not presented as a generic reward drop, but as a token allocation tied to functions inside the network.
Weak price action sets a cautious backdrop
Market data in the source showed SOON trading near $0.1075 on April 9, down about 9% over 24 hours. Its market capitalization was listed near $49.6 million, while 24-hour trading volume stood around $6.3 million. Over the past 30 days, the token was down by more than 34%.
That backdrop suggests the airdrop was treated more as a user reward update than as a stand-alone repricing event. The source also noted that Binance launched a SOONUSDT perpetual contract in May 2025, while Binance price pages still indicate that SOON is not listed for spot trading and services on Binance.
In practice, Binance Alpha campaigns are serving two purposes at once: distributing tokens and filtering user attention. In a softer market, access rules, timing, and platform visibility can shape participation just as much as the project story itself.
