Japanese listed company Metaplanet did not buy Bitcoin last week, extending its no-purchase streak to 11 consecutive weeks. Capital B said on Sept. 28 that it bought 13 BTC at $85,693.40, while asset manager Strive said it spent about $94.53 million last week to acquire 1,107 BTC at $85,396. Across the companies tracked by the dataset, total Bitcoin holdings reached 1,159,755 BTC, up 0.32% week over week, with a market value of about $96.74 billion, equal to 5.7% of Bitcoin’s circulating market capitalization.

Japanese listed company Metaplanet did not purchase Bitcoin last week, marking its 11th straight week without a buy.
Three other companies also announced Bitcoin purchases or updated their Bitcoin holdings during the week. French Bitcoin company Capital B said on Sept. 28 that it bought 13 BTC at $85,693.40, bringing its total holdings to 3,538 BTC.
Asset manager Strive said on Sept. 28 that it spent about $94.53 million last week to buy 1,107 BTC at $85,396 per coin. Its total holdings reached about 27,462 BTC.

As of publication, the publicly listed companies tracked in the dataset, excluding mining firms, held a combined 1,159,755 BTC. That total was up 0.32% from the previous week. The holdings were worth about $96.74 billion at current market value, representing 5.7% of Bitcoin’s circulating market capitalization.
