Strategy, the business intelligence firm led by Michael Saylor, has increased its USD-denominated cash reserve to $1.4 billion and expanded its Bitcoin treasury by 520 coins. The funding came from the sale of MSTR shares, which raised $335.5 million.

According to the company's disclosure, approximately $300 million of the proceeds were allocated to the USD reserve, bringing it to $1.4 billion. The remaining $35.5 million were used to acquire 520 Bitcoin, further increasing Strategy's already significant Bitcoin holdings.
This capital allocation demonstrates how Strategy leverages equity sales to strengthen both its cash position and its digital asset portfolio. The firm continues to use stock offerings as a primary source of funding for its Bitcoin accumulation strategy.
