Strive added 469 BTC at a total cost of $36.6 million, according to a post disclosed by CEO Matt Cole on Sept. 14. The purchase price worked out to an average of $77,954 per bitcoin. After the transaction, the company’s total bitcoin holdings rose to 25,000 BTC. Cole also said the deal was funded entirely through SATA. He added that SATA’s notional issuance has now surpassed $1 billion.
