Swiss digital-asset bank AMINA is working with Wall Street firm Cantor to assess possible routes to the public market, according to BlockBeats. People familiar with the matter said the bank had previously considered listing through a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, but is now leaning toward going public via a reverse merger with a digital asset treasury company, or DAT. The talks are still ongoing and no final decision has been made. AMINA said its current priority is to bring in capital that supports strategic growth rather than pursue a fast listing for its own sake. The bank added that an IPO could still remain an option at a later stage. Founded in 2018 as SEBA Bank, the company rebranded to AMINA in 2023. It is regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, or FINMA, and is one of a small number of licensed banks focused on digital assets. The bank offers crypto trading, custody, staking and lending services, and has expanded into the UAE, Hong Kong and India. BlockBeats said AMINA had CHF 74.6 million in Tier 1 capital as of the end of 2025 and has raised about $245 million in total.
