Tikcoin Network officially confirmed the reopening of its KYC process for all miners ahead of the July 1, 2026 mainnet listing. A critical detail often overlooked: if you log in with a different email than the one used for mining, even if KYC passes, your mined $TIK tokens will not be linked to that account and will remain frozen on launch day.
KYC Reopened: Mining Account Credentials Required
The verification is now fully integrated into the Profile section of the TikChain app, replacing the previous external flow. The team states that users who completed KYC earlier are confirmed and do not need to redo it. However, new submissions must log in with the same account tied to their mining activity. Approvals cannot be transferred to another account, and incorrect or incomplete submissions face delays or rejection with no exceptions before July 1.
If the in-app camera fails, a browser fallback at kyc.tikchain.network is available, requiring camera permissions and an updated browser.
Community Vote on Token Locks to Shape Opening Price
Before July 1, the community will vote on how many tokens remain temporarily locked at launch and for how long. Proposals range from 30% to 60% initial unlocks or phased releases over several months. This mechanism aims to reduce selling pressure from the 80% community supply hitting open markets at once. The lockup announcement is the single most likely variable to influence the $TIK token price in the first 24 hours.
On July 1, three features will activate simultaneously: internal $TIK transfers between users, exchange listings on major platforms (no specific exchanges officially confirmed yet), and the full rollout of the native TikWallet.
Post-July Roadmap: NFT Tools, DEX, AI Apps
Confirmed milestones after the listing include: node deployment and creator-node verification, NFT trading tools inside the TikChain app, token creation for regular users, AI-powered apps through TikApps partners, and the development of a fully decentralized exchange (DEX). The execution of these milestones will heavily influence the price trajectory beyond launch.
As of mid-June 2026, no official exchange names have been announced. That announcement will significantly move community sentiment. Traders watching $TIK should flag this gap.
