BitMine Immersion Technologies said its crypto holdings, cash, and “moonshot” assets have reached $10.3 billion. The company now holds 4,534,563 ETH, valued using the disclosed price of $1,965 per token, making Ethereum the core of its balance sheet.

Over the past week, BitMine acquired 60,976 ETH, above its recent weekly buying range of 45,000 to 50,000 ETH. CEO Tom Lee said purchases increased slightly during the latest market pullback. Based on the company’s figures, BitMine now controls about 3.76% of Ethereum’s circulating supply, which it put at roughly 120.7 million coins.

More than 3 million ETH are already staked

BitMine reported that 3,040,483 ETH are currently staked across its own infrastructure and partner networks. The staked position is worth about $6.0 billion and accounts for 67% of the firm’s Ethereum holdings. Using a seven-day BMNR yield of 2.91%, the company said annualized staking revenue is running at $174 million.

It also outlined a higher figure at full scale. Once staking capacity is fully built out, annual staking rewards could rise to $259 million. For reference, Quatrefoil’s Composite Ethereum Staking Rate currently stands at 2.84%.

Cash, Bitcoin, and equity holdings remain part of treasury

Beyond Ethereum, BitMine’s treasury includes 195 BTC, a $14 million position in Eightco Holdings, and $1.2 billion in cash reserves. The company said it has completed more than 75% of its internal “Alchemy of 5%” target, which refers to reaching ownership of 5% of Ethereum supply.

BitMine said it remains the largest Ethereum treasury in the world. To add validation and staking capacity, the company is continuing work on the Made in America Validator Network, or MAVAN, and is working with three staking providers to deploy large-scale Ethereum validator infrastructure. The system is expected to launch in early 2026.
