Bitmine Immersion Technologies said its Ethereum holdings have reached 4,732,082 ETH, equal to about 3.92% of Ethereum’s 120.7 million circulating supply. Chairman Tom Lee said the company added 71,179 ETH over the past week, topping the prior week’s purchase of 65,341 ETH and extending its accumulation run to four straight weeks as it works toward its stated 5% target.

$10.7 billion in assets includes cash and moonshot positions

Alongside the larger ETH position, Bitmine reported total crypto, cash, and “moonshot” holdings of $10.7 billion. The company said it holds $961 million in cash. Its disclosed moonshot investments include a $200 million stake in Beast Industries and a $102 million position in Eightco Holdings. Bitmine also said it has exposure through ORBS tied to OpenAI-related developments.

MAVAN staking platform has deployed 66% of ETH reserves

Bitmine also confirmed the launch of MAVAN, a staking platform built for institutional Ethereum staking with an emphasis on performance and security. As of March 29, 2026, the company said 3,142,643 ETH had been staked through the platform, valued at about $6.3 billion. That equals roughly 66% of its total ETH holdings.

Based on a 2.80% seven-day yield, Bitmine put annualized staking revenue at $177 million. The company added that projected annual rewards could rise to $266 million if deployment reaches full scale. It said work with staking partners is continuing as MAVAN expands.

Lee points to ETH strength during geopolitical stress

Lee also commented on broader market performance during recent geopolitical tensions involving Iran. He said Ethereum outperformed equities by about 1,160 basis points over that period, while gold lagged by more than 750 basis points. He also pointed to a growing inverse correlation between crypto assets and oil prices.

According to Lee, higher oil prices continue to pressure both equities and crypto markets, and that relationship remains part of the short-term trading picture. Bitmine’s latest disclosure shows the company adding to its ETH treasury while directing a large share of those holdings into staking infrastructure.
