ToMe AI, a company that recently received a strategic investment from U.S.-listed Trident Digital, has officially launched a business digital employee system for digital marketing, according to BlockBeats on Sept. 1.
The company said the current wave of AI tools has made content generation and basic execution less of a barrier. In its view, the harder commercial problem is helping companies find customers and orders, then match with the right business resources. Based on that thinking, ToMe said it is taking the position that AI should empower people rather than replace them.
Three digital employee products aimed at customer acquisition
ToMe framed its system around what it calls an "AI digital employee execution + business opportunity interconnection network," built for the flow of business information in the agent economy era and intended to improve the movement of global commercial resources.
The first layer is a set of AI "tool workers" that help companies acquire customers. The lineup includes GEO employees, personalized email employees and video employees.
According to ToMe, its team’s Silicon Valley technical background helped its GEO employee achieve inclusion in Google and ChatGPT generative search results within two months. The company also said its personalized email outreach employee delivers response reach more than 10 times that of traditional methods.
AI business interconnection network goes live
ToMe said it has also launched an AI business interconnection network, setting it apart from single-function AI tools already on the market. The network is designed to circulate global supply-and-demand leads through what the company describes as "AI social agents."
At present, the network has aggregated procurement demand worth more than $100 million, according to ToMe. The company said businesses can submit a business profile to connect with resources through the network, addressing a common problem for small and medium-sized companies that have tools in hand but lack effective deal flow.
More industry customization and partner recruitment
After building out a mature use case in digital marketing, ToMe is now pushing ahead with customized business digital employees for more industries and is open to broader cooperation.
The project has also opened recruitment for global city partners. ToMe said partners do not need to invest in underlying research and development and can directly reuse its full stack of underlying capabilities and Agent business network resources.
BlockBeats said industry observers see AI competition shifting away from a pure tool-capability race and toward efficiency in matching business resources. ToMe’s current approach combines execution-focused digital employees with a business opportunity circulation network as a growth path for enterprises.
