Donald Trump and businesses tied to his family are continuing to expand investments in artificial intelligence, data centers, power infrastructure and related technology companies, according to ChainCatcher.
Financial disclosures show that since Trump returned to the White House, his investment account has reported nearly 30,000 securities transactions, including trades in shares of Dell Technologies, Micron Technology, GE Vernova, Broadcom, Texas Instruments, Credo Technology and Super Micro Computer, covering chipmakers, server suppliers and energy infrastructure companies.
Nearly 30,000 securities transactions disclosed
It is not currently clear whether Trump still holds any of those positions. The transactions are not required to be disclosed in real time, and Trump has not placed his assets in a blind trust.
Beyond public-market trades, businesses linked to the Trump family are also advancing deals and products connected to AI and energy infrastructure.
Trump Media and Truth Social moves
Trump Media & Technology Group plans to merge with fusion company TAE Technologies. The company is seeking to build power generation facilities as electricity demand from AI data centers grows.
Truth Social also plans to license platform data to AI labs through TruthAPI, and it has already launched a search tool powered by Perplexity.
Investment activities by family members
Donald Trump Jr. is a partner at 1789 Capital. The firm has completed fundraising for a $1.2 billion fund focused on areas including data centers and other digital infrastructure, and it has invested in Cerebras, Perplexity and xAI.
Eric Trump, meanwhile, has invested through American Ventures in defense, robotics and AI data-processing companies.
White House response on conflict concerns
The White House denied any conflict of interest. It said Trump’s investments are handled entirely by an independent manager, with the assets held in a fully discretionary account that uses computer models to automatically replicate indexes including the Schwab 1000. Under that arrangement, Trump and his family cannot decide the specific investments or the timing of trades.
