Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (Nasdaq, NYSE Texas: DJT), the parent company of Truth Social, Truth+, and Truth.Fi, announced on September 10, 2025, that Yorkville America Equities has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for five America First-themed exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This expansion builds on the digital asset ETF filings submitted in June and July 2025, creating a comprehensive suite under the Truth Social Funds umbrella.
ETF Details and Structure
The lineup includes: Truth Social American Icons ETF, Truth Social American Security & Defense ETF, Truth Social American Next Frontiers ETF, Truth Social American Energy Security ETF, and Truth Social American Red State REITs ETF. Subject to regulatory approval, the ETFs are expected to launch later in 2025 and will be listed on NYSE Arca. They will be widely available through existing platforms and brokerages.
Yorkville America Equities, an affiliate of Yorkville America, will act as sponsor and registered investment adviser. The Florida-based firm specializes in politically and culturally aligned investment vehicles. Through a collaboration with the 1792 Exchange, the funds will apply a screening process to maintain alignment with Truth Social brand and America First principles.
Cryptocurrency Integration
In parallel with the ETF filings, Trump Media has deepened its cryptocurrency pivot. In August 2025, the company filed an amended registration for a bitcoin ETF. On September 5, it finalized the acquisition of 684.4 million Cronos (CRO) tokens through a stock-and-cash exchange. Two days later, Truth Social upgraded its platform, enabling users to convert earned “gems” into CRO via Crypto.com’s wallet infrastructure.
While critics argue that these moves embed political ideology into financial products, proponents point to growing investor appetite for thematic strategies that align with personal values. Trump Media’s strategy bridges traditional ETFs and crypto ETFs, positioning the company as a pioneer in culturally infused finance.
