Trust Wallet has partnered with U.S. payments platform Cash App to add Cash App Pay through MoonPay, giving eligible U.S. customers a new way to buy cryptocurrency directly with their Cash App balance. The integration removes the need to re-enter bank card details for each purchase, which Trust Wallet said is meant to make the checkout process faster and more familiar for users. To use the feature, customers must first make sure their Cash App account has sufficient funds. The name on the Cash App account also needs to match the name on the user’s MoonPay account. After linking the account once, users can confirm future payments more quickly during later transactions. The rollout is limited to eligible users in the United States, according to the announcement cited by Techub News.

The feature allows eligible U.S. customers to buy cryptocurrency directly with their Cash App balance, without re-entering bank card information for each transaction.

Users need to keep enough funds in their Cash App account before making a purchase, and the name on that account must match the name on their MoonPay account. Once the account link is completed, later purchases can be confirmed more quickly.

Trust Wallet said the integration is designed to offer a faster and more familiar payment experience.
