TxFlow has officially launched TxFlow L1, its new Layer 1 blockchain aimed at building a multi-application on-chain finance ecosystem. Alongside the mainnet debut, the team also rolled out TxFlow DEX, the first live application on the network, currently available through an invite-only model. The project says more applications, called “Channels,” are expected to follow as the ecosystem expands around its TIP Liquidity Standards.
Infrastructure Built for High-Performance Financial Applications
According to the announcement, TxFlow L1 is designed to process more than 250,000 transactions per second with one-block finality. The network’s performance is based on two main architectural choices: DAG-based parallel execution, which allows non-conflicting transactions to be processed simultaneously, and a multi-threaded pipeline with a state machine to reduce bottlenecks in transaction handling. TxFlow positions this setup as essential for high-frequency trading, central limit order book systems, and other demanding financial use cases on-chain.
At the application layer, the network is organized around the TIP Liquidity Standards, which define how financial products can be built, combined, and settled. Under the current framework, TIP1 covers spot trading, TIP2 is focused on derivatives, and TIP3 supports prediction markets. The company says developers can assemble these modules to launch new Channels, while teams without their own liquidity infrastructure can still tap into existing on-chain liquidity instead of building it from scratch.
TxFlow DEX Becomes the First Live Channel
TxFlow DEX, the first Channel deployed on TxFlow L1, is a fully on-chain CLOB-based decentralized exchange built for perpetual trading. The platform executes and settles the full trading cycle on-chain, including order placement, cancellation, matching, and liquidation. TxFlow describes the launch as an initial proof point that its Layer 1 can support production-scale financial applications.
At launch, the exchange includes 13 perpetual markets, along with Protocol Vaults and User Vaults designed for liquidity provisioning and strategy deployment. A blockchain explorer is also available to provide real-time visibility into on-chain activity. Over time, the broader goal is to support an open network of interoperable financial applications that can share liquidity and settle transactions without intermediaries.
Long-Term Focus on AI-Native Finance
Beyond trading infrastructure, TxFlow says the chain is being built with an AI-native orientation, targeting a future in which autonomous agents and human traders can operate within the same financial ecosystem. The team also states that there is no investor token allocation, and that governance and ownership are intended to rest entirely with the community. For now, access to TxFlow DEX remains limited to invited users, with onboarding information provided through the project’s official website.
