ChainCatcher reported, citing PeckShield monitoring, that an address associated with the UXLINK attacker has carried out a series of on-chain asset movements. The monitored address swapped about 14.6 million DAI into 8,298.6 ETH, converting the balance from a stablecoin-denominated asset into ETH.
After completing the swap, the attacker deposited 8,340 ETH into TornadoCash. TornadoCash is an on-chain privacy tool in the Ethereum ecosystem, and PeckShield disclosed this deposit as part of its monitoring update. The report did not provide additional details about other transactions between the listed actions.
The monitoring update also showed that the attacker bridged 2.64 ETH from Ethereum to a BTC address, an amount valued at about $4,630 at the time referenced in the disclosure. After these movements, the attacker still holds 10.54 million DAI. The reported activity therefore covers three main items: a DAI-to-ETH swap, an ETH deposit into TornadoCash, and an ETH bridge transfer to a BTC address.
