The service is already available for trial use, and its official documentation, product terms, and command-line interface have gone live. ADrive is designed to give both humans and AI agents access to the same file space. Reports, code, images, and other files generated by an agent can be saved directly to the cloud, then reused in later tasks or handed off to another agent for continued processing. Volcano Engine has previously demonstrated relay-style workflows in which Codex, Doubao, and DeepSeek Harness operated around the same ADrive workspace. Its official CLI also supports file upload, download, and synchronization for agents, along with cloud drive access through MCP.
The report added that Tencent has previewed a similar product. Tencent Cloud Drive still shows "Coming Soon" and is not yet publicly open, but its website already states that agents will be able to access files through CLI and MCP, while sharing data with Tencent Docs, WorkBuddy, and other applications.
