WDMS Global 2026, the World Digital Mining Summit 2026, was held in Hong Kong on Aug. 27-28, 2026. The event carried the theme 「Ride the Cycle. Hydro Prevails.」 and centered on frontier technology, industry trends, and the development of the global PoW ecosystem.

BITMAIN launches ANTMINER S23 XP Hyd.
At the summit, BITMAIN formally introduced its latest hydro-cooling mining server, the ANTMINER S23 XP Hyd. The machine carries an efficiency rating of 8.9 J/T and delivers 600T of hashrate per unit.
According to the event information, the product improves both energy efficiency and single-unit hashrate density. BITMAIN presented it as a more efficient and more sustainable option for large-scale data center deployment.
ANTMINER S23e U2H offered at a limited-time price
BITMAIN also announced a limited-time 50% discount for the ANTMINER S23e U2H, pricing it at $11/T. The model uses a standard 2U server form factor, delivers 865T per unit, and posts an efficiency rating of 10 J/T.

The company said the S23e U2H combines a high-density 2U structure with a mature hydro-cooling setup, aiming to balance computing density and power consumption control. BITMAIN described the promotional price as a customer return measure and said it gives buyers a lower-cost deployment option.
Three models proposed for AI and digital-asset computing integration
During the summit, BITMAIN set out three cooperation models for integrating AI workloads with digital-asset computing: a buyout model, a plug-and-play solution, and a light-asset hosting model charged by watt-hour.
The proposal calls for digital-asset computing and AI data centers to share electrical and cooling infrastructure. In that setup, digital-asset loads would run before the AI primary load comes online and during redundant time periods.
Speakers discuss regulation, energy, and business diversification
Industry experts, community pioneers, and opinion leaders also spoke at the event. HashKey Group Chairman and CEO Dr. Xiao Feng discussed development trends in digital assets and Web3 from multiple angles, and shared views on institutionalization under Hong Kong’s digital-asset regulatory framework.

Renova Energia CEO Sergio Brasil presented practical cases of using wind power to support digital-asset computing and discussed how renewable energy can be tied into mining operations. BitFuFu’s Sky focused on how computing companies can reduce dependence on digital-asset prices and offered views from the perspective of business diversification.
Roundtable centers on new hydro-cooled data centers
A roundtable session brought together Braiins CMO Kristian Csepcsar, Cipher Tech co-founder Arsin Saiyed, Projet BTU co-founder and Vice President of Technology Patrick Lussier, Renova Energia CEO Sergio Brasil, and Cipher Tech founder and CEO Afreed Shamsu.
The discussion focused on new hydro-cooled data center projects, covering key steps from design selection to day-to-day operations.
AR30 and AR31 shown at the summit
BITMAIN’s head of data center technology also introduced the company’s hydro-cooling solutions and related services. These included container-based solutions and data center design services for different use cases, with the stated goal of building intelligent, low-carbon, and scalable hydro-cooled data center systems.

The summit also marked the first display of the AR30 and AR31 hydro-cooling products. According to the event information, both are designed to connect computing capacity to existing data centers and support flexible deployment across multiple scenarios.
WDMS positions the event as a platform for the mining sector
WDMS said it remains focused on promoting digital mining development and the prosperity of the PoW ecosystem. It described WDMS Global 2026 as another platform for partners and the global mining industry to exchange ideas.
