Monitoring data from TradingBeats, formerly Hyperinsight, shows that the whale address beginning with 0xf517, which had placed nearly $100 million in Bitcoin sell orders a day earlier, added three new non-reduce-only buy orders within about 11 seconds early on Aug. 25. The three bids were placed at $75,888 for 329.4 BTC, $73,555 for 339.9 BTC, and $72,222 for 346.2 BTC, each worth about $25 million. Together, they represent planned purchases of 1,015.5 BTC with a combined notional value of roughly $75 million and a weighted order price of about $73,857.5. Including an earlier $9.908 million bid at $74,088, the whale now has four buy orders below the market, aiming to purchase 1,149.2 BTC for a total notional amount of about $84.908 million. Based on a BTC spot price of $80,674, the three newly added bids would require pullbacks of about 5.9%, 8.8%, and 10.5% to be filled. The address currently holds a 40x full-position long of 42.1 BTC, valued at about $3.394 million, with an entry price of $77,330.3 and an unrealized profit near $141,000. At the same time, its long exposure is down about 55.3% from the previous day, while its preset buy scale below the market has expanded by more than $75 million. Sell orders remain in place as well, with 183 non-reduce-only asks between $81,272 and $108,888 covering 945.2 BTC, plus a reduce-only order at $88,888 that covers the current long position.

Including a previously placed $9.908 million buy order at $74,088, the whale now has four bids below spot, targeting a total purchase of 1,149.2 BTC with a notional value of about $84.908 million.

The whale currently holds a 40x full-position BTC long of 42.1 BTC, valued at about $3.394 million. Its average entry price stands at $77,330.3, with unrealized profit of about $141,000. The size of the long position is down about 55.3% from yesterday, while preset buying scale below the market has increased by more than $75 million.

On the sell side, the upper sell wall remains in place. As of publication, the whale still had 183 non-reduce-only sell orders between $81,272 and $108,888, planning to sell 945.2 BTC with a notional value of about $91.296 million and a weighted order price of about $96,592.8. It also placed one reduce-only sell order at $88,888 covering the current long position.
