Blockchain tracker Ai Yi said whale address 58bro.eth sent 3,000 ETH to OKX about one hour before the report, with the transfer valued at roughly $7.53 million at the time. On-chain data shows the same batch of ETH had been withdrawn five days earlier at a price of $2,702.35 per coin. By the time the funds were deposited to the exchange, ETH had fallen to $2,512.13, a drop of about 7% over that period. Based on the difference between the withdrawal price and the later deposit price, the position’s paper value had declined by about $570,000.
