On-chain tracker Lookonchain said on July 21 that whale activity around Ethereum picked up again through two separate addresses. A whale wallet identified as 0x4cee, which had been inactive for three months, became active again and spent 20 million USDC to buy 10,501 ETH at an average price of $1,905. In a separate transaction set, a newly created wallet withdrew 12,800 ETH from Binance over the past 24 hours. The holdings were valued at about $24.47 million at the time cited in the report. Lookonchain added that the entire 12,800 ETH position has already been staked. The update points to continued large-scale accumulation and staking activity in ETH, based on the addresses flagged by the on-chain monitoring account.
