According to on-chain analyst Ai Yi's monitoring, two addresses belonging to the same whale or entity have withdrawn a total of 109 WBTC (worth approximately $6.572 million) from Binance over the past five days. Subsequently, the whale used 93.47 WBTC as collateral to borrow USDC stablecoins. Nine hours ago, the same address added another 31.07 WBTC on-chain, valued at about $1.86 million.
As of now, the whale's cumulative WBTC position stands at $8.431 million, with an average acquisition cost of $60,188 per WBTC. This series of transactions signals strong bullish sentiment from large capital toward Bitcoin-pegged assets (WBTC), especially amid recent price volatility and the use of leverage through margin borrowing.
