Wingbits’ WINGS token has shown up on Kraken’s “tokens launching soon” page before its TGE, putting early focus on April 22, 2026. According to project documentation, the Token Generation Event will take place at the same time as mainnet launch, with the asset minted on-chain and reward claiming opened in the same window.
Mainnet launch and token creation are set for the same day
The official materials say WINGS will launch on Solana with a fixed supply of 10 billion. The project presents the TGE and mainnet rollout as effectively one event, which ties the token debut to live network activity rather than exchange trading alone. For existing contributors, that also creates a defined timeline for claiming rewards connected to the network rollout.
The published allocation adds more detail. 40% of supply is reserved for daily station rewards, 11% is assigned to liquidity, treasury, marketing, and exchange support, and 24.5% goes to investors and early backers under vesting terms. Team members and core contributors are subject to longer vesting schedules. Based on that structure, WINGS is being framed as a utility and reward token linked to network growth.
Kraken listing signal arrives before broad trading begins
Kraken now lists WINGS under its section for tokens that are launching soon. The exchange describes that page as covering newly created and transferable assets available from day one. At this stage, that is the clearest public sign that Wingbits is heading to a major centralized exchange at launch.
That stands out because many new assets first trade on DEX venues and only later reach large CEX platforms. Here, support has been signaled before broad market trading starts. Public updates also point to access through Orca and Raydium on Solana, which suggests users may have both centralized and on-chain routes once trading opens.
Project narrative centers on aviation data rewards
Wingbits’ litepaper describes the network as a flight-tracking data system that rewards station operators for contributing aviation data. That gives WINGS a use-case-driven profile instead of a meme-style launch story. What the market sees after launch will depend on execution: whether live claiming opens on schedule, how quickly liquidity forms, and how price discovery develops between Kraken and Solana venues in the early trading window.
