Wiwynn (6669) had its share allotment officially credited on Tuesday, putting fresh focus on the AI server manufacturer as it also rolled out an end-to-end solution and four new architecture highlights at the 2026 OCP Global Summit.

While AI-related stocks have recently faced pressure from foreign selling and broader market volatility, the company’s OCP presentation drew attention for going deeper into the underlying engineering of server cooling and power delivery.
Four technologies shown at the 2026 OCP Global Summit
According to veteran media commentator Chang Yu-hsuan, Wiwynn took a different route from peers that emphasize standardized large-scale racks with a full set of specifications. Instead, the company pushed its research and development into the lower layers of chip heat dissipation and power architecture in an effort to tackle what the report described as the three hardest problems in AI servers: optics, electricity, and heat.
Chang’s analysis highlighted four core technologies presented by Wiwynn at the event.
- Diamond microchannel liquid cooling: Wiwynn changed the conventional liquid-cooling channel design by introducing diamond material with strong thermal conductivity into the microchannel structure, aiming to speed heat dissipation for high-end AI chips.
- Double-sided cold plate design: Instead of placing cooling hardware only above the chip, Wiwynn used cold plates on both the top and bottom sides of the chip. The design is intended to maximize thermal performance for next-generation high-power AI accelerators.
- Vertical Power Delivery: To work with double-sided cooling and solve routing constraints, Wiwynn hollowed out the PCB and delivered power vertically from the back side of the chip, from bottom to top. The report said this sharply shortens the power path, cuts power loss by as much as 80%, and lowers total cost of ownership, or TCO, for data centers.
- CPO full-system connectivity: Rather than only introducing a CPO switch, Wiwynn combined optical interconnect technology with vertical power delivery and double-sided liquid cooling to build a complete rack-level connectivity solution, showcasing its system integration capability.
Share allotment enters accounts after ex-rights move
Wiwynn’s stock has been under close watch since its Sept. 2 ex-rights event, described in the report as a one-for-two share distribution. Odd-lot trading issues triggered dissatisfaction among some retail investors, and the stock fell from its ex-rights reference price of NT$2,615 to an intraperiod low of NT$2,075 by late September.
With the share allotment now officially credited, the report said the market could still face mild short-term adjustment pressure as liquidity in the float increases. At the same time, the company’s OCP presentation, especially around advanced cooling and silicon photonics, was described as a factor that could help steady market confidence.
FactSet survey cited EPS and target price estimates
According to the latest FactSet survey cited in the article, market estimates put Wiwynn’s EPS at about NT$121, while the average target price stood at roughly NT$2,715.
The article said the company’s showing at the summit not only reinforced its ties with CSP, or cloud service provider, customers, but also supported the view that its stock can remain in the price range above NT$2,000.
