A governance proposal in the World Liberty Financial (WLFI) community to launch a participation incentive program has completed voting, according to the project’s Snapshot page. The proposal received about 82.13% in favor, with roughly 9.17% against and 8.70% abstaining. A total of 2,306 addresses took part in the vote, representing about 2.114 billion WLFI in voting power, above the required quorum threshold of 1 billion WLFI. Under the proposal, holders of unlocked WLFI can qualify for dynamically calculated rewards by locking their tokens for at least 180 days and directly participating in at least one governance vote every 90 days. Delegated voting will not count toward the participation requirement. The program is planned to go live before Oct. 1 and would replace the original proposal that was passed on March 12, 2026.

The final tally showed about 82.13% voting in favor, 9.17% against, and 8.70% abstaining. A total of 2,306 addresses participated, with roughly 2.114 billion WLFI cast in the vote, exceeding the formal quorum threshold of 1 billion WLFI.

Under the proposal, holders of unlocked WLFI can receive dynamically calculated rewards if they lock their tokens for at least 180 days and directly take part in at least one governance vote every 90 days. Votes cast through delegation will not count toward that participation requirement.

The program is slated to launch before Oct. 1 and would replace the original native proposal approved on March 12, 2026.
