Xenea launches wallet update v2.2.8 with transaction acceleration for stuck transfers. Separately, the team warns about fake USDT, BTC, ALPHA tokens on the Ubusuna Testnet, citing over 147,700 contracts deployed.

Xenea rolled out a major wallet update to version 2.2.8, introducing a "Transaction Speed Up" feature for delayed transfers. At the same time, the project flagged fake token activity on the Ubusuna Testnet, including USDT, BTC, and ALPHA, labeling them testing assets with zero real value.

How the Speed-Up Feature Works

The new tool targets a common problem: transactions stuck in "Processing" mode for extended periods. If a transfer remains pending for more than 20 minutes, a "Speed up" button appears in the Activities tab. The wallet resubmits the same transaction with a higher gas fee, helping validators confirm it faster. Users must hold enough balance to cover the extra gas cost.

Steps include: open Activities tab → select pending transaction → tap Speed up → enter wallet PIN → confirm replacement. For users with multiple pending transfers, only the oldest one needs speeding up; the rest clear automatically afterward.

Fake Tokens: USDT, BTC, ALPHA

Shortly after the update, the team posted another warning via official X. They reported spam fake BNB deposits and copied tokens flooding wallets. The team specifically warned about fake versions of USDT, BTC, and ALPHA, calling them testing assets with zero real value. They asked developers to stop sending unsolicited transfers across the testnet.

The warning comes as testnet activity surges; the team revealed that developers have deployed more than 147,757 token contracts on the Xenea wallet testnet. While that shows strong builder interest, the project wants developers to focus on testing rather than spam.

What It Means for Users and Traders

The events reflect a project still deep in development. The update improves usability for active testers, while the fake token warning highlights risks common in large crypto testnets. Fake assets often appear during periods of high community engagement, especially when users speculate about possible rewards or token launches.

Xenea has not confirmed a final token price or official launch timeline. The broader market continues watching this Layer 1 project tied to AI infrastructure and decentralized storage. The latest news suggests the platform wants to build long-term developer activity before any major token event arrives.
