Analyst Javon Marks says XLM could target $0.681 if higher lows persist, implying a 294% upside. On-chain data shows ~51,500 daily active addresses and Stellar's RWA value surged from $760M to $3.35B over five quarters, adding fundamental fuel.

Market analyst Javon Marks has flagged a clear technical setup for XLM: as long as the token keeps printing higher lows, the door stays open for a powerful breakout. In his view, this pattern could send the price to $0.681 — a level that would represent a 294% jump from current trading ranges.

Higher Lows Define the Trend: $0.68 in Sight

The analysis draws on XLM's monthly chart, which shows a familiar wave structure from previous cycles. Historically, extended drawdowns have been followed by accumulation phases and sharp recoveries. Since the 2025 highs, XLM has traced a rounded bottom — a sign that selling pressure is fading and buyers are stepping back in. Although the asset still trades under its descending trendline, breaking above it could open a path toward the $0.68–$0.70 zone. In a broader bullish scenario, the $1.20–$1.25 band is also being watched as a longer-term target.

Support Floor and Wave Count: $0.139 Is Critical

Trend Serra Capital, using Elliott Wave Analysis, echoes the optimism. They believe XLM may have just wrapped up Sub-Wave 2, and if support holds, the onset of Wave 3 could mark the beginning of a new uptrend. Technically, $0.139 is identified as the main support level — holding above it keeps the bullish structure intact. Intermediate supports at $0.204, $0.186, and $0.164 could attract dip buyers. A break below $0.139 would invalidate the bullish scenario, while reclaiming $0.30 would offer stronger confirmation of a trend reversal.

On-Chain Activity Holds Steady, RWA Assets Balloon to $3.35B

Technical indicators are backed by fundamental data. The XLM network processes roughly 51,500 daily active addresses, showing continued user engagement even during sluggish market conditions. More notably, Stellar's real-world asset ecosystem has expanded rapidly. Analyst Vijay highlights that the total value of assets on the network has skyrocketed from $760 million to $3.35 billion over the past five quarters, driven by tokenized treasuries, credit products, gold, and stablecoins. Stellar's focus on cross-border payments and asset tokenization appears to be gaining real traction.

For now, XLM remains in a technical recovery zone. Whether it can reach analyst targets depends on the higher-low pattern holding, key support levels staying intact, and on-chain growth continuing to attract capital.
